Technobis OFFICE MANAGER (32-40u)
For our fast-growing high tech organization in Alkmaar we are looking for an enthusiastic and positive OFFICE MANAGER with a can-do mentality and the ability to see the complete picture. YOU are a strong and independent OFFICE MANAGER who makes sure our office meets the highest standards. YOU create continuously a great workplace experience for all of our Technobis team members so they feel happy and they can be productive in every corner of their workplace, whether this is at their home, or at our Office! In this job YOU will be asked to handle a broad range of tasks, as well to have an eye for improvements in the office.
Highlights of your tasks, YOU will be:
➢ Welcoming our visitors, register required personal details, be our first point of contact for them
➢ Taking care of the in- and outcoming communication such as phone calls, e-mails and post
➢ Support Human Resources with different projects like e.g. Onboarding, Wellbeing, Engagement, and daily operational HR administration.
➢ Assist Finance with general administrative tasks such as invoice processing
➢ Support Marketing with organizing conferences, etc
➢ Perform building management by initiating monthly and yearly maintenance
➢ Manage partnerships with office suppliers, support tender, negotiations and implementation process with suppliers/vendors
➢ Initiate and organize amazing and memorable team activities (both live or remote)
➢ Set up and organize in-house meetings
➢ Booking transport and accommodation for business trips
➢ Purchasing office supplies
➢ Preparing existing office location in Alkmaar and it’s infrastructure for upcoming expansion
➢ Keeping the office tidy and clean and carrying out ad-hoc office related activities
Within Technobis Holding we have two business units named Technobis High Tech Solutions and Technobis Crystallization Systems. The dynamics differs in each unit. Technobis High Tech Solutions is specialized in carrying out complete product development trajectories, going from an idea to a successful turnkey product, prototype or series product. Technobis Crystallization Systems develops systems that measure the solubility of substances using light and camera technology for national and international markets.

and when YOU can tick of most of our requirements below:
✓ Bachelor in Office management or related
✓ Have 2-3 years of experience as Office manager or in a related role
✓ Excellent in communicating in spoken and written English and Dutch
✓ Strong organizational skills
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP systems and Elvy is a pre
