Since 2006 Technobis is pioneering in the research, development, engineering and production of Integrated Photonics Sensing modules and systems for a broad range of critical applications in aerospace, medical equipment, mobility, energy and high-tech systems. From January 1^st, 2021, the photonics activities of Technobis Group will be carved out to prepare for a fast growth to a leading worldwide position in its field. In order to organise for this growth, the strong technical team of highly educated experts will need to be complemented with a substantial number of professionals in other fields like product management, sales, operations, IT and many more.

In this fast growing environment, we are looking for a professional in the field of Human Resources and Organisation Management to make our company the employer of choice for high tech talent. Not only do you make sure our HR fundamentals (recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, performance evaluation, career planning & management development) meet the highest standards, you also organise for strong team connections (updates, events, drinks, parties) and a warm company culture. Employee satisfaction plays a crucial role in our ability to attract the best people and sustain growth.

Your tasks & responsibilities are broad

• Labour market intelligence reporting regarding potential candidates and new legislation
• Design, update and implement an HR policy, processes and automation (if needed)
• Keep our Personnel Guide, Personnel Review Cycle and Personnel files up-to-date
• Recruitment of new team members (including writing of the job profiles)
• Contact with Universities and other Schools for talented interns, graduation and graduated students, recruit students (including writing assignments together with domain experts)
• Continuous development of sustainable employability of team members based on company strategy (create framework for relevant general and specific courses)
• Develop pay plan and profit-sharing programme
• Labour market communications (content) and recruitment event participation
• Reporting and providing support in HR&O decision making

The Human Resources & Organisation Manager will report to the CEO

Relevant requirements regarding knowledge and experience

Education

• Bachelor or Master in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar 

Experience/skills

• You have 5-10 years of successful experience as an HR or HR&O Manager in an industrial company, preferably ISO 9000 or similar certified
• Demonstrable track record in implementation of HR policies & processes including hiring, talent development and performance management at a company larger than 100 employees
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, latest wages and benefits structures (preferable Metaal CAO)
• Ability to balance openness and privacy, build trust among a diverse team
• Good communicator (in Dutch and English), both verbally, in writing and presenting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and digital HR solutions

Availability

This currently is a part-time job for approximately 24 hours per week. In the future the number of hours may be increased (if wanted and needed). Technobis IPS will allow for flexible scheduling of the working hours as long as this combines well with the tasks and responsibilities.
