Technobis Group (TBG) is part of Technobis and supports/facilitates the other Business Units of non-technology related activities such as procurement, accounting, HR etc.. All Business units are showing responsible and owner of the site (decentralized) procurement budget. The Purchasing Department & Logistics (I & L) is responsible for setting up and running the optimal strategic, tactical and operational input process and inventory management. Tactical Buyer (40 hours)
What does the job involve:
As a tactical buyer, within the Department of purchasing & logistics, you work primarily for one (or several) assigned business units. You are fully aware of the purchase situation of your business and have the product and market knowledge that corresponds to the need of this business.
In addition, you will work together with the operational staff of purchasing & logistics that for all business units. They have full control over the incoming supply chain and ensure that it is aligned with the efficient Assembly needs of the business units.
The purpose of the role is to thorough and structured, and contracting suppliers for one or more business units, as well as related contract management. The creative and flexible support of the Engineering and R&D departments in finding the right suppliers during the development process and communicates directly with the Product Owners, the Team leader and your Vendor Logistics manager

As a tactical buyer you are sharp on the agreements and the processes. You have commercial insight, knows how the market works and are a skillful in negotiating where customer focus is not lost sight of. You are tenacious and driven to create the best solution. You have an intrinsic motivation to develop and improve yourself together continuously.
You have HBO working and thinking level, preferably with technical orientation. Relevant purchase experience, preferably supplemented by additional training-purchasing management (NEVI 1-2 or equivalent). Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams is recommended. Knowledge of ERP packages. Good communication and written skills in Dutch and English
